The Mufti Educational Awards is a national initiative established to celebrate academic excellence, recognize innovation, and promote best practices across the education sector in Tanzania. It aims to uplift and motivate key stakeholders including teachers, students, institutions, and the broader community who contribute to educational transformation and nation-building.

The Awards target a diverse group of education stakeholders, including students, teachers, educational institutions, community leaders, faith-based organizations, corporate partners, and sponsors.

The event is scheduled for August 30, 2025, at The Dome, Dar es Salaam. It will feature a red-carpet event with keynote speeches, live performances, media coverage, and award presentations.

Attendance is by invitation only. Special guests may include government officials, education stakeholders, diplomats, corporate sponsors, and religious leaders.

Sponsorship packages include Headline/Presenting Sponsor (TZS 65,020,000), Platinum Sponsor (TZS 30,000,500), Gold Sponsor (TZS 15,050,000), Silver Sponsor (TZS 10,100,000), and Bronze Sponsor (TZS 5,600,000). There are also 'Friends of Mufti' tables (TZS 2,000,000) for organizations to invite guests. Limited slots are available for each category.

Sponsors gain high-volume mass media coverage, branding opportunities, and benefits such as logo placement, premium tables, mentions in program materials, and the chance to present awards. Benefits vary by package level.
